In 2003, Rhysa decided to venture from her path as an Education Major at West Virginia University and follow her passion into the world of hair.  Rhysa feels that “if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life”.

There is nothing she enjoys more than turning ordinary hair into unique pieces of art.

Rhysa attributes her success in the industry to Goldwell techniques and skills learned throughout the years of salon courses, on-line webinars, and Goldwell educator training.

Abbie Brown

Co-Owner & Stylist

Abbie received her cosmetology degree from Strand College of Hair Design.

She has since studied under Goldwell Educator Rhysa Anderson.

Abbie specializes in formal styling, cuts and color.

When not styling, Abbie enjoys spending time with her husband and son.  As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors at the pool and playing sports.

Being a busy Mom, it’s important for Abbie to stay trendy.  She regularly attends hair shows and takes continuing education classes online.

Sarah Lane

Make-Up Artist & Stylist

Sarah Lane is a graduate of Horry Georgetown Technical College.

She is originally from Butler, Pennsylvania and relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2007.

Sarah sparked an interest in makeup at a very young age and now specializes in makeup for weddings and formal events.

Over the last few years she has continued her education with Goldwell color, Deva Curl, and hair extensions.

This northern girl has a lot of southern hospitality. You will feel right at home in her chair.

Jillian Denney


Jillian Denney is a graduate of Monmouth County Vocation School. She is originally from Howell, New Jersey and relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2018.

Jillian is a package deal with exceptional customer service and hair dressing skills.

Jillian has extensive training with Goldwell, KMS, and Deva Curl. She is now one of our in-house educators for the new members of the Baddhare Team.

She can do it ALL…and if you know Jillian, you know she is doing it with a smile.

Allie Short


Allie Short is a graduate of Gaston College Cosmetology School.

She is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina and relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2019.

Allie specializes in curly, textured haircuts and creative blonding.

She is known for her sweet personality and contagious smile. You and your hair will leave Allies chair grinning from ear to ear.

Kaileigh Harrison

Make-Up Artist & Stylist

Kaileigh Harrison obtained her cosmetology degree at a very young age from St. James High School in 2009. She is originally from Morganton, NC and relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2004.

Kaileigh specializes in anything COLOR. Color corrections, fashion colors, low maintenance color, balayage, hair painting, and even accentuating your natural color. Life is art. Live it in color… Kaileigh is definitely using the WHOLE box of crayons.

Danielle White


Danielle White is a graduate of Continental Academy of Hair Design. She is originally from Massachusetts but was ready to bring her skills and passion for hair to the south. She relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2017. With 12 years of experience under her belt, Danielle is versatile in all things hair. She is committed to staying educated and specializes in blondes, barbering, and vivid colors.

Leslie Menich

Clean Living Educator & Front Desk Manager

Leslie is originally from South Charleston, WV. She moved to Myrtle Beach in 2004 upon completing her B.S. in Public Relations from West Virginia University. 

After experiencing health problems, Leslie started her clean living journey in 2013. Her clean living passion continues to grow, and she considers it a true privilege to coach and educate our community about wellness and lessening their toxic load.

She attributes her business, marketing, and organizational skills from owning Memorable Moments, her successful wedding planning business.

Leslie is Mama to sweet Charlotte and wife to husband Jeremy. She enjoys traveling, visiting the WV mountains, yoga, family, and happy hour.

Orlando Martinez & Orlando Martinez II


Orlando Martinez is originally from Lorain, Ohio but is of Puerto Rican descent. With over 30 years of experience, he has successfully combined the art of hair coloring and cutting harmoniously. Orlando’s energy and passion for hair continues to strengthen through his many years in the business. When you become a part of Orlandos’ clientele, you also become a part of his familia. 

Orlando Martinez II is a true local, born and raised in the Myrtle Beach area. He graduated from Strand Hair College, but started learning about hair at a young age from his father, Orlando Sr. Orlando specializes in structured and long haircuts. He loves to make his clients feel good by enhancing their natural beauty.

Austin Bowen


Austin is a recent graduate of HGTC but has assisted at Baddhare Salon for almost a year now. His passion behind the chair is helping people find the best version of themselves through great hair. Austin loves being a part of our team because of our continued education, recycling practices, and just the all around good vibes that radiate throughout the salon. The “B” in Bowen stands for Blondes and Blowouts. He can Rock both!

Chris Corbett


Chris is a Myrtle Beach native. With an eye for fashion and a strong interest in hair since he was a child, Chris enrolled in Cosmetology school at Strand College of Hair Design where he graduated in 2019.  Chris specializes in cutting, vivid colors, formal styling, and balayage.  With a well developed background in customer service, you (and your hair) will have an exceptional experience in his chair.

Krysta Testone


Krysta is a native to the Myrtle Beach area. She has always had a keen interest for beauty and fashion.  After graduating from Socastee High School, Krysta chose to pursue a career in the beauty industry. She worked in a salon environment for several years as an assistant before deciding to enroll in Horry Georgetown Technical College Esthetics program. She is now our first in house esthetician applying her skills in a wide variety of specialties. Krysta is also a BeautyCounter consultant, advocating for clean beauty both inside and out of her facial room.
